Next Stage Cooks: Thailand
We are delighted to offer a final Thai cooking class taught by locally renowned Aew. Aew is well known for her delicious Thai food served at the Putney Farmers market each week, as well as her catering. After living here for 27 years, Aew will be returning to Thailand as soon as her house sells. We will miss her!
This is a hands on class where we will cook, dine, and have fun together.
MENU
Appetizers:Golden Cup with Pork and Mixed Vegetables
Main Course:Massaman Curry, a stew with potatoes, chicken, cashews
Side Dish:Collard greens with Miso Sauce
Salad:Thai-style Green Papaya Salad
Dessert: Banana Cake with Fresh Coconut
Beverages:Wine and Coffee will be served
