Bye Bye Birdie
Travel back in time to the 1950s to see the famous rock and roll superstar Conrad Birdie perform in a final publicity stunt organized by his agent Albert Peterson and secretary Rose Alvarez before Birdie is sent overseas as a result of the army draft. Much to the delight of his many female teenage fans, one lucky girl will be selected to receive a kiss from Birdie at his final performance. Kim MacAfee, a young Ohio teen, is chosen from Birdie's fan club, but this selection results in her boyfriend Hugo Peabody's growing jealousy.
