Late Payment Term Participation Fee
This event is for you to pay any outstanding fees for your Warts and All Theatre activity.
Please select the right group when paying for your fees.
You may use this if you are engaging in one of the following activities:
The Collective:Makers
The Collective: Performers
8-11 Young Actors
11-14 Young Actors
14-21 Young Actors
These prices include the 10% late payment fee admin charge as detailed in your Warts and All Theatre Programme information pack.
Payment details and late payment fees
The Young Actors 8-11 and 11-14 groups are £55 a term.
The Young Actors 14-21 and The Collective groups are £65 a term.
The term fees are not just for your weekly sessions. They include administration and help towards production costs that you will take part in. Therefore, we are unable to offer a weekly payment system and we do not offer refunds for missed sessions.
You will be sent an invoice or notice by email when your fees are due, it will explain in this notice how to make payment- usually by bank transfer. We are unable to accept cheques as payment for term fees.
We ask for payment to be made in advance of the first week of term. It is essential that your term fees reach us by this date. If we do not receive your payment by the payment deadline (approximately 2 weeks after term has started) We will add a late payment charge of 10% to your fees, this is to cover the additional admin costs of chasing late payments. As an example this would be a fee of £5.50 for a £55 term fee or £6.50 for a £65 term fee.
If you are having difficulty paying your term fees, then please let us know. We may be able to help. It also saves us time chasing, and we don't want to cause any unnecessary stress. We have a bursary scheme available for full or part payment of term fees if you are unable to engage in our work because of financial hardship.
