Montclair Culinary Academy -9/16/17 Baking Class 'Beyond the Basics' for ages 8-12 & 13-17
Fall is here and going back to school is around the corner. With fall weather comes the fall bounty of fruit from the Farmer's market. Our fall baking class will give your Jr. Chefs the opportunity to make fresh hand crafted butter doughs for the perfect fruit pies and tarts.
We make everything from scratch as your child learns and expands their baking knowledge and experience. NO previous experience is necessary at Montclair Culinary Academy. Our Chef/Instructors take your children through the proper techniques of baking and beyond.
All Jr.Chefs will take home the fruits of their labor during this 90 min. course. Sneakers and comfortable clothing is required.

As our standing policy is a NON-REFUNDABLE one, if your child cannot attend for any reason feel free to send another child in their place.
