Bill Frisell has been described by the Seattle Times as the single most important guitarist in jazz. But that doesnt stop Frisell from pulling a myriad of influences into his approach on the guitar: from folk, to surf rock, to punk. His shimmering, intricate, yet understated guitar mastery has proved one of the most influential voices in contemporary jazz, showcased in this revisiting of his 2010 album Beautiful Dreamers.
