Join us in our kitchen for a late-summer cooking class as we explore the seasons most beloved fruit, the tomato. With chef Steven Pelas, you will compose a restaurant-worthy meal, learning how to properly care for, cook, and preserve tomatoes from SMIP Ranch, Dirty Girl Produce, and other local farms. Immediately following class, you will be treated to a multi-course lunch featuring the dishes in which you helped create. Additionally, our sommelier team will pour a selection of wines that pair perfectly with tomatoes.
