Lamb Butchery
Join Dr. Paul Kuber, WSUs Northeast Regional Livestock Specialist for a hands-on lamb butchery class. Paul is not only a specialist in sheep hes had lots of experience in meat preparation and barbecuing. He will have a dressed carcass to demonstrate different cuts of meat and different cutting techniques to create them.
Date: Wednesday evening, September 13
Time: 6-9 pm

Cost: $25 per person. $40 for two people from same household.
