Spring Tapestry: Vibrant Colors
A kaleidoscope of choral music is featured in this sparkling concert to give our listeners a program with great variety and many moods. We present some of our favorites like Poulenc's "Petites Voix," Randall Thompson's "Alleluia," "The Erie Canal," and "Shenandoah." One highlight will be the world premiere of Kevin Memley's "Immortal Harps," written for this occasion. A set of four songs by Brahms, "I Cannot Dance" by Stephen Paulus, and a deliciously tempting song called "Eve's Confession" complete this concert.
