The Brick Kitchen presents seasonal ingredients and alcohol.
Each event is an experience of natural cookery, set in environment of a bare-brick kitchen, in the cultural heart of East London,
Events run throughout each month, working with inspiring produce at its seasonal foremost.
Real Bread, Heritage Grains, Rare Breeds, Sustainable Fish and Wild Forage.
Exhibition Sessions involve 5 courses of British food, ethically sourced, with matching alcohol from native producers.
Sessions are engaging, communal, interactive and informative.
The Brick Kitchen is a research and exhibition project, established to circulate knowledge and inspire.
Notice of cancellation must be made 48 hours prior.
