SoundBite Dinner @ Lot 8 with Christopher Dale
The next San Diego SoundBite dinner is Thursday 26th October, and will take place at Lot 8, Mission Valley at 6:30 pm.
Price per person is $65 (gratuity not included), includes 6 courses and live music by Christopher Dale. This is a BYOB event.
Chefs preparing 6 delicious courses will be, of course, Nick Brune of Eco Caters and creator of SoundBite Dinner, joined by Hanis Cavin from Carnitas Snack Shack, and Brad Wise from Trust. Their dishes will be paired with music by Christopher Dale.

Combining his love for food and music, Chef Nick Brune created this traveling dinner series, aptly named SoundBite, that pops up at notable San Diego and Los Angeles restaurants and venues.
These events showcase collaborations between leading local chefs and musicians, creatively tying together local bands' songs with creative cuisine inspired by the music. In the days prior to each event, participating chefs create their courses while listening to select tracks, later serving the musically-inspired menu to SoundBite guests while the corresponding musician plays live, performing the same tracks used to inspire each chef.
Furthermore, heartfelt presentations from each chef about the song-dish pairings are given throughout the evening, adding an artistic touch to this multi sensory experience.
