In this collection of dark and humorous true-life stories by Chicago performance artist Clover Morell, we witness the unfolding of the extraordinary life of an ordinary girl. Steeped in the music and culture of the 70s, 80s and 90s, Clover's stories attempt to answer the question: What happens in our lives when the rich joyous world of childhood fantasy collides with the stark human reality of dysfunction and loss?
