Dropping the Fourth Wall: Storytelling & the Three Hearts of Wisdom
Led by Brian Rohr
Explore the ancient role of the storyteller as one who is directly interacting with the listener with no fourth wall (no separation between the teller and the listener). In this workshop for beginners and experienced, you will come to understand a way of telling thats more like jazz than a monologue, i.e. understanding the structure of the story vs. memorizing, the wisdom of being in the moment with your audience to create a unique telling each time, and knowing your personal connection to the story to find the universal.
