Part II: Tapas Supper with Chef Alana
Jorgensen Farms is pairing with Chef Alana Shock for a three-part series of unique dining experiences this year! Local Chef Alana, the creative mind behind Alana's Food and Wine, will be preparing a meal of Jorgensen Farms' freshly harvested organic produce for each event. Enjoy these farm-inspired meals, along with your own beer or wine, all while taking in the surroundings of one of Jorgensen Farms' beautiful event venues.

Chef Alana will be on the farm serving a meal of freshly harvest Jorgensen Farms organic produce! Chef will be preparing:

6pm Jorgensen Farms Tour

7pm Dinner is Served!

Veggie Croquettes
Stuffed Mushrooms
Roasted Beets
Gigande Beans
Olives Scented with Fennel and Orange
Tomato Bread
Moroccan Lamb
Padrons
