O'so Brewing Company September Sour Release
We're introducing five brand new sour beers on Saturday, September 23rd, 2017. Reserve your bottles beginning Friday, September 1st at noon.
Here's what we're releasing, along with available quantities.

Holiday in Aronia: Headlining this sour show is our tasty tribute to The Dead Kennedys. Aronia berries, also known as choke berries, are wild fruit native to Wisconsin. Carefully selected sour blonde barrels were blended together. The resulting liquid gold was then refermented on Aronia berries. Aronia imparts a depth and complexity we find inspiring. In the spirit of the Dead Kennedys, we hope this beer inspires you to be a decent human being, think for yourself, and raise a little hell! 50 cases ***this will not go to distribution! Rhubarbarella: Remember a couple months ago when we asked all our friends and neighbors to bring us rhubarb from their gardens? This is what we did with it!
Rhubarbarella beckons you closer with alluring herbaceous aroma, then briefly treats the tounge to bright tart fruit, only to flit away, leaving a ghost of grain on the palate. Rhubarbarella, a wispy nebula, ephemeral as a shooting star. 100 cases
Bring me the Disco King: Bring me the Disco King is a sour aged blonde refermented on Michigan blueberries and ginger. It's bright jammy fruit will let you dance, dance, dance through the ginger fire!
No polyester or aqua net required for enjoyment. (though it is recommended) -100 cases
Rabbit Fighter: Rabbit Fighter is a Flemish style red that has refermented on Door County cherries. Bright, tart cherries complement traditional acetic notes. This beer has flavor the size of a Flemish Giant (a really, really, big bunny) Don't let this one hop away! -100 cases
Citra Dry Hop Project Lo: Just what it sounds like, Citra hops took an extended dip in Project Lo barrel aged sour blonde. Bursting with citrusy, hoppy goodness, this one will tingle the tastebuds in all the right ways. -100 cases
*Each ticket purchased will entitle you to 1 (one) 750ml bottle of the associated beer.
* Beer must be picked up at O'so Brewery Tap House during the Pick-up Window (see below).
*Tickets are for bottles only, and not required to attend the party. Come enjoy our wide assortment of wild beers on tap while you are picking your bottles up.
PICK-UP WINDOW:
You (or your trustee) must pick up your purchase from O'so Brewery Tap House between 3pm and 8pm on September 23rd, 2017.
***We will not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns. Do not purchase a ticket unless you are absolutely sure you will be able to pick the bottles up during the stated pick-up window.***
IF USING A TRUSTEE:
Purchase the bottle in your name. You must then provide your trustee with a photocopy of a valid state ID (eg. Driver's License) matching the name you used to purchase your tickets on Brown Paper Ticket. Your trustee must have a photocopy of an ID that matches the name on the will-call list that Brown Paper Ticket provides us.
