Oyster South is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, dedicated to encouraging oyster farming and culture throughout the southern US. Our vision includes successful farms, healthy waters and the birth of new traditions. Education is the cornerstone of Oyster Souths ability to make this vision a reality. This event will benefit The University of Georgia's Shellfish Lab & Oyster South partner farms.
This event is possible due to the generosity of our sponsors, including Savannah Distributing, Evans Meats, Hoopers Island Oyster Company, Ponce City Market, Square Feet Studio, Williams & Teusink, Private Bank, RW & Co., and Color Wheel Studios.
There are only 75 Premier tickets available for this event. Holders of Premier tickets will be allowed entry into the event at 3 pm and have one hour of exclusive access to oysters, oyster farmers and chefs, before the doors open at 4 pm to all other ticket holders.

***Parking is EXTREMELY limited. We encourage all guests to take Lyft or Uber to Colorwheel. There is a parking deck at the ARLO apartment complex if you must drive. Colorwheel is a three minute walk from the deck***
