Yotam Ottolenghi, the internationally renowned chef, entrepreneur, and author of cookbooks including PLENTY, NOPI, and the award-winning JERUSALEM, started as a pastry chef. In SWEET, he returns to his roots. With Helen Goh, the Ottolenghi product developer and a pastry chef herself, he presents more than one hundred recipes for sweets, baked goods, and confections. All feature his signature flavor profiles, using combinations of ingredients such as fig, rose petal, saffron, orange blossom, star anise, pistachio, cardamom, and more. Just browse through the recipes - Cinnamon Pavlova with Praline Cream and Fresh Figs, Flourless Chocolate Layer Cake with Coffee, Walnut, and Rosewater - you can taste them already.
