This 4-hour course is designed to introduce you to the strategies, tactics, and techniques needed to win a possible life and death confrontation against a bigger, stronger and committed attacker. This course focuses on building your confidence in your ability to defend yourself and encourages a defiant and aggressive attitude toward an attacker.
The goals of the 4-Hour Safety And Self-Defense Course are:
Build your confidence in your ability to fight back successfully against an attacker.
Begin to develop the mindset that no one has the right to put their hands on you.
Teach you some of the strategies and tactics that you can use to prevent an attack.
Introduce you to some of the techniques that you can use to defend yourself and win a fight in a possible life and death confrontation.
Topics covered: The Survivor (Or Winner) Mindset; Legalities of Self-Defense; Critical Aspects Of The Predator Mindset; Situational Awareness; De-Escalation; Physical Techniques.
