VBS - Hero Central

St. Andrew's United Church in Cochrane, AB, is getting ready to transform itself into the headquarters of HERO CENTRAL. Hero's will be taken on adventures alongside some of the Bible's heroes and discover the qualities that make them truly heroic in God.

Kids will have opportunities to make new friends and enjoy fun activities; learn Bible verses, sing songs, act out stories, create crafts, discover with science activities, nourish themselves with a healthy snack, and much more.

Being in small groups, kids will explore different hero training centers, assemble with Captain Shield and Flame the Red Panda, and fulfill their mission project. The SuperSonic Shuttle Crew will be on hand to inspire kids to discover their own strengths and focus on their daily Hero Code.

VBS runs from August 28 - September 1, 2017 from 9am - 12noon. Children ages 5 - 11 are welcome to participate (5yr olds must be entering Kindergarten in the fall). The cost is $30/child or $80/family of 3 or more children.
