presented by the 2013 Minneapolis Jewish Humor Festival

Laugh out loud as David Mischauthor of the recently published "Funny: The Book"gives a hilarious, video-illustrated talk that traces the history of humor. Entertaining and informative, Misch will discuss humor from its origins in ancient and classical cultures to the sitcom you saw last night. Misch has been a comic folksinger, stand-up comic, and screenwriter. His credits include Mork and Mindy, Police Squad!, The Muppets Take Manhattan, Saturday Night Live, and Duckman. Recommended for ages 18 and up (language/content).

Tickets:
$12 general; $10 JCC premium/community members, students

Performance will be followed by a Q&A with the audience, and a light reception and book sale/signing in the JCC lobby.
