Swingin' By The Sea
Our Second Annual Fundraiser will benefit Chapman Estate, 1243 Ocean Blvd. Shell Beach, CA. September 23, 2017 from 12 PM to 4 PM.

Guests can start the day by enjoying guitar music by the pool or koi pond with food and libations from local restaurants and wineries, then tour the Estate grounds with docents from noon to 1:15 PM.  Don't miss the lattice house, blooming with begonias planted by our volunteer gardeners.  Docents and Board Members will be available to answer questions and guide you throughout the day.

Music by Cafe' Musique (cafemusique.org) well known for local performances and cruise ship entertainment, will commence at 1:30. During a short pause, the Live Auction will be held. Music will resume until 4:00 PM.

Parking: For those who don't live in the neighborhood,please use the complimentary Shuttle Bus service from Shell Beach Elementary School at 2100 Shell Beach Rd. or "Uber Over" to drop off/pick up station at the Chapman Estate.
