1st Annual Cultured Food Festival
Join us for our 1st Annual Fermentation Festival al at the historic Highland Springs Ranch & Inn.
August 19-20, 2017
11 am - 6 pm
The festival will feature different types of fermented foods made by our kitchen (i.e. kimchi tacos, sourdough bread and fermented butter, etc.) as well as local breweries. A Kombucha Bar will offer tasty cocktails and shurbs which will tantalize your tastebuds.
Various hand-on workshops and a sourdough baking class for kids will also be available. Please check our schedule online.

Arts and crafts for kids
Guided tours on a horse-drawn wagon will be available. Meander past one of our lavender fields as far as the thousand-year old oak tree and back. Tours last approximately 15 minutes during which your guide will present information about the history of the ranch and current preservation efforts. $5 adults, $4 children.
The Organic Galleries, a row of themed farm boutiques housed in historic cottages, will be fully open for visitors to browse. The shops feature one aspect of our farm (i.e. Lavender Shop, Honey Store, Tea Shop, etc.) and also includes a cafe, lemonade stand and ice cream store. It's a unique and pleasant experience.
