Milwaukee Dance Theatre Network Day
Milwaukee Dance Theatre Network (MDTN) invites professional dancers, movement-based actors, and performance artists 18 years and older to participate in Milwaukee Dance Theatre Network Day-- an open call event and opportunity for participants to mingle with artistic directors and independent movement-theater artists within the Milwaukee dance theater community. The event features a two-hour long master class including a movement warm-up, dance phrase work, and a variety of theatrical and improvisation-based sessions lead by Catey Ott Thompson (Catey Ott Dance Collective,) Gina Laurenzi, Dani Kuepper (Danceworks,) Morgan Williams (SueMo,) Betty Salamun (DanceCircus,) and Kirk Thomsen.
