Around the World in 80 Minutes: Immigrant Stories
Join us for an evening of stories by and about immigrants! Celebrated storyteller and 20-time Moth Grand Slam winner Nestor Gomez has assembled group of local performers to help illuminate the hidden voices of immigrants in our city.
In addition to Nestor, storytellers include Svetlana Binshtok, Elizabeth, Cesar Bustos, AK Agunbiade, and Eken Bassey.
Come early and enjoy concessions by Urban Tables, who will highlight foods from our storytellers' countries of origin.
Protect RP will be raising funds with a raffle featuring generous prizes from local businesses. Prizes include a month of free yoga at Centered Studios, a Lock Chicago escape room ticket package, and calligraphy classes at Flying Dolphin Studio.
Lifeline Theatre is 100% accessible. Please call 312-659-9952 or email cortney.philip@gmail.com if you'd like us to reserve a wheelchair seat, make room for a mobility device, or help out in any other way.
