Eden Hill Winemaker Dinner - Auction of Washington Wines

James Beard-nominated Chef Maximillien Petty combines his "Avant Garde, New American" food sensibilities with the renowned Du Brul vineyard-driven wines from Cote Bonneville. It's the perfect pairing of a chef who uses new techniques to enhance flavor with winemakers driven to express the the soil unique to the vineyards consistently rated as one of the best in Washington State.

Eden Hill will be closed for this private dining experience where you will have full access to the Chef and the Winemaker.

$215 per person includes wine pairings, multi-course dinner, gratuities, and tax.
