Previously Level 1 Contemporary, this class is suitable for students with a basic understanding of contemporary dance and who are looking to improve their technique, clarity of movement, body alignment and musicality.
These classes are both Graham/Cunningham based and include: Warm up exercises, group travelling sequences, learning lyrical style phrases to explore expressiveness and movement fluidity, as well as partner work (duets).
Sonia enjoys getting the best out of her students and sharing her passion for dance.
