Previously Level 2 Contemporary this class is for experienced dancers who have prior dance and movement experience. The class pulls on vocabulary from the Cunningham and Release techniques and incorporates a structured centre to ground and strengthen the legs while encouraging coordination of the torso. The travelling phrases emphasise fluidity and coordination and at times the class incorporates various leaps, jumps and also longer combinations.
