Slow Food Summer Picnic
The tree-shaded Gradek picnic grounds are on a beautiful lake. Dinner will include grilled tri-tip, Caprese salad, roasted peppers, potato salad, Costeaux bread, and dessert. Bring your own place setting, glass, and something to drink. There will be a 100-mile appetizer contest: if you wish, bring an appetizer made with ingredients from within 100 miles of your home. Prizes for the two favorite dishes!
Live music will be provided by Duo Pizzicato. Calling their music old-time Italian, Martha Hawthorne and Bill Foss play traditional Italian mandolin tunes and songs that will make you feel transported to an Italian café.
Directions to the Ranch will be provided upon registration.
