DETC 2017-2018 Season Tickets
This upcoming season we have a slew of shows that will tickle your fancy.
First we have...
"Election Day"
a comedy by Josh Tobiessen and directed by Rosemary Mallet.
Its Election Day, and Adam knows his over-zealous girlfriend will never forgive him if he fails to vote. But when his sex starved sister, an eco-terrorist, and a mayoral candidate willing to do anything for a vote all show up, Adam finds that making that quick trip to the polls might be harder than he thought. Election Day is a hilarious dark comedy about the price of political (and personal) campaigns.
February 16-18 and 23-25. Friday and Saturdays at 7pm, and Sunday at 2pm.

"The Thespian Radio Hour"
written and directed by our Founding Artistic Director Tony Padilla.
DETC's in-house, award-winning playwright delivers his latest comedy. In 1940s, the production team and cast of a Chicago radio soap opera will go to any lengths to procure a new sponsorship from The Heavenly Body Brassiere Company.

and to close out our season...
"The Tale of the Allergist's Wife"
Written by Charles Busch, and directed by Don Cilluffo
Marjorie Taub, a middle-aged Upper West Side Doctors wife, is devoted to mornings at the Whitney, afternoons at MOMA and evenings at BAM. Plunged into a mid-life crisis of Medea-like proportions, shes shaken out of her lethargy by the reappearance of a fascinating and somewhat mysterious childhood friend.

April 13-15, and 20-22. Friday and Saturdays at 7pm, and Sunday at 2pm.
