Lyle the Crocodile
Join DreamWeaver Theatrical Productions in the all new Fishbowl Performing Arts Studio at Karcher Mall in Nampa for our musical of the story, Lyle the Crocodile!
Lyle is the story of a friendly crocodile who turns up in a bathtub in an apartment in New York The Prime family are moving into their new home in New York City's upper east side. But in all the crazy, hectic, whirlwind of activity that comes along with moving, it takes a bit of time for them to realize there is a giant lizard bathing in their bathtub! But Lyle is any crocodile. Lyle is helpful, petty, and kinds......and just wants to be loved and accepted. He quickly earns the love the locals, except for Mr. Grumps, who hates pretty much everything and everyone (well, except one lady!) Mr. Grumps just wants Lyle tucked forever behind the bars of the zoo. However, when Lyle rescues Mr. Grumps and his cat Loretta from a fire, Mr. Grumps has to apologize for the way hes treated Lyle. In the end, Lyle helps those around him learn that they should not judge others by how different they appear to be, but to love each other for what they are.
Brought to life through the narration by Hector P. Valenti, Lyle the Crocodile is a hilarious, hugely entertaining show for all ages, not to be missed!
Run time is 90 minutes, with intermission. Tickets are $5 for children and $7 for adults. Seating is limited! Make sure and get your tickets early to reserve your seat! There will be floor seating for young audience members around the stage.
Shows are Saturday, August 5th, 2017 at 1 pm and 6pm.
