Jewish Women's Theatre presents a speakers panel & performance: Creating Empires: Stories of Entrepreneurial Women on July 16, 2017 from 10am-12pm.
What do a movie distribution whiz, a home pharmacy maven, and a unique bail bondswoman have in common? They all saw a need and filled it brilliantly. Come hear the stories of these inspirational Jewish women entrepreneurs and learn the secrets of their success.
The event opens with a dramatic performance about Tillie Lewis, a pioneering Jewish woman entrepreneur who turned a tomato into an empire. Starring JWT actors Kate Zentall and Cliff Weisman.
