Pizza Class
Have you ever wanted to be a pizzaiolo? On Sunday, July 16th from 11am to 2pm, students will have the opportunity to mix dough, make mozzarella and season tomato sauce to taste in the Roberta's Garden. Students will learn how to stretch out dough, understand which yeasts do what, and learn where the best pizzerias and tomatoes can be found. Chefs will walk you through each step, and students will each have a dough to take home.
Beer, wine, coffee and pizza will be provided.
