Artology Camp, Ages 6-9, Vermont Arts Exchange Studio
Join instructor Rhonda Ratray as she engages campers in mind-bending activities They'll be experimenting and creating like they never have before. Theyll make things that fly, float and may never come back. Ever make an edible print? Or paint plant graffiti? What about driving a printmaking machine? How about creating messges outside that only appear when it rains? Explore optics in a walk- in Camera Obscura and make your own custom camera out of anything from a Pringles chip can to a giant cardboard washing machine box. Investigate ways to make something hidden in plain sight. Design optical illusions and make drawings with secret messages and decoders. Test and bottle your own brand of invisible ink! We'll do all this, and make time for swimming at the lake!
