Comedy in the Rough
Jay Grove -- known as "The Granite Gun" for his fast-pitched delivery -- headlines the final Thursday show of the season at Lobster in the Rough, 1000 US Route 1, York, Maine. Every Thursday brings a different lineup of great professional comedians from Boston and New England. This one is hosted by Danny Gill, with spotlight performances by Jason Merrill and Patti Punch. Tickets are just $12, on line, by calling (800) 838-3006, or at the door on show night (cash only). Showtime is 8 p.m.
