A Taste Of Argentina
New York City's premier school of Argentine Tango is hosting a fantastically unique event. Strictly Tango NYC's exclusive Wine & Tango Sampling is the perfect evening for those intrigued by this elegant and sensuous dance, or for anyone seeking a truly one-of-a-kind experience.
Have a taste of tango for the first time with New York City's only school dedicated strictly to Argentine Tango. Learn about the origins of this passionate dance by tasting the rich flavors of the local wines and sampling traditional Argentinean foods. A special "Taste of Tango" introductory class will be given by Strictly Tango NYC's Maestro and tango show producer Sergio Segura. Later in the evening, experience a fun side of tango not found anywhere else with tango games, stage tango poses, tango line dancing, and tango demonstrations. Special performances will be given by instructors and students of the school to illuminate the drama of tango at a performance level.
Whether you have always wanted to learn tango or have never thought of dancing at all, if you have a desire to break from the ordinary our Wine and Tango Sampling is a night not to be missed!

Strictly Tango NYC is a premier authentic Argentine Tango school. Conveniently located adjacent to Penn Station (35th St. and 8th Ave), the school is strictly dedicated to authentic Argentine Tango with renowned teachers like Sergio Segura; show producer, choreographer, dance researcher and creator of the "Learn Argentine Tango System."
Reputed for its high level of instruction, the school emphasizes individualized attention to each student without compromising fun or excitement. Social dancing, as well as Stage Tango are taught. Additionally, the school has a performance company that performs in shows, events and competitions.
With one of the warmest and friendliest environments in the NYC Tango community, the young soul of tango lives in our school. Most of our audience is stylish, smart, and professional people who are serious about learning tango.
