Rebecca Laird, General Manager, will be joining us at Top of the Market for a special chef's dinner with wines perfectly paired to each course. She'll be sharing her insight into the family's current wine-making philosophy as well as the history of their vineyards and winery.Meanwhile, Executive Chef Stafford Mather will be complimenting her extraordinary wines with seasonal selections of vegetables, fish and more.
