A sweet retreat in Crete
We are taking you on a journey, a discovery of this ancient land. It's traditions and history, it's people, the towns and villages, it's healing food and beaches. You will be staying in the old Venetian Fortress of Fortezza in the historic landmark town of Rethymno. At the core is a beautiful yoga shala by Triopetra Yoga Retreats and an amazing restaurant called Soul Kitchen surronded by small colorful guesthouses.
Everything is in walking distance, as we are located in the heart of the quiet part of the old town while the beach is only 5-10 minutes away. We will be offering optional day trips to Triopetra beach, Preveli river, Kournas lake, Chania and many other destinations.
If you've never traveled with us before, then you should know that food is one of the most important elements of our trips and this trip especially. The fusion of the Yoga Shala and the Soul Kitchen will create the foundation of this food exploration that will include a food tour of the town and plenty of free time to explore the amazing food of certe on your own.
