Led by The Barefoot Sanctuary Practitioners Bernie Petrie -The Souls Life Coach and Amanda Farnese Heath -Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Amanda will guide you through a beautiful yoga experience and afterwards Bernie will guide you through a loving compassionate meditative journey through your body.
