GODDESS CIRCLE // Honour Your True Nature
This is an evening of coming back into your body and getting guidance in moving forward effortlessly.
Most of the time, we walk around disconnected from our bodies, thinking too much and tiring ourselves out. Through movement, we can become present within ourselves and receive what our body needs. The still, quietness we all have within is the space that knows what's best for us, we will access that space of total freedom.
We will awaken our senses and come back into our bodies through breath and movement.
-Our body naturally knows what it needs. We've been conditioned to not trust its wisdom and to listen to our head instead. Movement with focused awareness is the key to come back into our bodies.
We will let go of anything we no longer need.
- We hold onto so much that its unnecessary and tiring. It's like walking around with 2 bags of potatoes. Our energy goes into carrying that rather than moving forward easily. We will let go of anything we want to let go of.
We will be guided through a meditation where we'll get the answers we're looking for.
- Nobody knows what's best for us more than we do. What gets in the way is our ego, our mind chatter. We will be guided to receive clear guidance on our next steps to live to fullest.
You will leave feeling calm, grounded and free.
