Event Structure:
flour+water, known for its pastas and Italian wines, will take over The Upstairs at its sister restaurant central kitchen. With windows overlooking the 20th street corridor, The Upstairs is the premier private dining space of the Ne Timeas Restaurant Group. Guests will enjoy a five course dinner inspired by the pasta tasting menu at flour+water, executed by the culinary team of central kitchen. Each course will be paired with wines from different regions of Italy. Our Chef and our Wine Team will walk guests through their dining experience, discussing the regional aspects of both the cuisine and wines. Guests will receive informational tech sheets on all of the wines tasted during the meal, as well as the opportunity to purchase bottles to bring home!
