Power Up for Health! Family Challenge Health Fair
Join other Broward County families to take the Power Up for Health Family Challenge!
This multi-week challenge kicks off with the "Family Challenge Health Fair," a free event that features a performance of MicheLee Puppets' "EXTREME Health Challenge" followed by activities and fun for all ages.
ABOUT THE POWER UP FOR HEALTH FAMILY CHALLENGE: Each week you will learn more about the 5-2-1-Almost none lifestyle including simple ways in which your family can use it to lead healthier lives. Set a family goal and track your progress. Encouragement and resources are provided along the way. The first 40 families to complete the challenge and return your weekly tracking sheets win a $50 Publix gift card.

Learn about the 5-2-1-Almost None formula for healthy living through this hilarious and fun, interactive game show.
After the performance, participate in fun and interactive stations that bring the 5-2-1-Almost None formula to life!
5 - Fruits and Veggies Per Day Station
Try a tasting and learn how to add a delicious variety to your snacks and
meals.
2 - No more than Two Hours of Screen Time Station
Spend quality time doing other fun things! Make a puppet and sign up for a library card.
1 - Hour of Exercise Station
Try out pilates!
Almost None - Almost no Sugary Drinks
Learn how sugar affects your body and how much sugar is actually in our favorite beverages.
