This show was based on the Twentieth Century Fox motion picture Big, starring Tom Hanks, but energized with music by David Shire and lyrics by Richard Maltby,Jr. It played on Broadway in 1996, was nominated for five Tony awards, and had a wildly successful national tour in 1998. You will find it funny, touching, and thought provoking, as it explores issues of childhood innocence lost and adult responsibilities shouldered.
'Big, the Musical' is being presented by our incredibly talented teen thespians. Supported by a live orchestra and elaborate sets, they will sing and dance their way to yet another unforgettable experience.
