Phoenix Film Festival - Cemento Armato
A young man named Diego is the unknowing victim of a ruthless manhunt- all because he broke the rear-view mirror of a car belonging to a gangster. In turn, the young man is searching for the person who raped his girlfriend, unaware of the fact that the gangster who is hunting him down was the one who raped her. In the midst of criminals and corrupt policemen, Diego realizes that the only way to survive is to come face-to-face with the gangster himself.
