Beginning Fan Dance Series (Beyond Basic Burlesque)
A two-part course on fan dance with Miss Mina, New England's Queen of the Fans. Students may take each section individually or take both together. B.A.B.E. can provide the fans, (marabou, 11" x 20", 21 staves, pictured at right), for $25 a pair. Please register for fans by June 23rd.
Introduction to Fan Dance
Tuesdays, July 11, 18, 25, 7:00-8:00pm
In this three-week course, students will learn the basic principles and moves of fan dance, using small marabou fans.
Fan Dance Routine
Tuesdays, August 8, 15, 22, 7:00-8:00pm
Over three weeks students will learn a complete burlesque routine using small marabou fans incorporating the techniques learned in Introduction to Fan Dance.
