GODDESS CIRCLE // Honour Your True Nature
Join us for a transformational and unique experience where we'll come back into our bodies through movement and we'll receive clear guidance in how to move forward effortlessly..
Our mind is usually loud and clear. It can be misguiding and often says things that are not true to keep us safe and small. Through movement, we can see the truth. We can come back into who we truly are and honour ourselves, as we are.
Our feminine power lies within us, connecting to our intuition and receiving its guidance are transformational ways to move forward with ease.
We will start with moving and breathing to feel our bodies.
- Our body naturally knows what to do. Over the years, we've learnt to not trust its wisdom and to listen to our head instead. Moving freely is a powerful way to get out from the head and come back into the body. No experience in movement is needed.
We will let go of anything we no longer need, acknowledge ourselves and see what we truly want.
- We often do so much for others and put ourselves last. Loving ourselves is the highest form of loving. We will honour every part of us, our uniqueness. We will acknowledge how far we came and look at what we truly want to have in our lives.
We will learn to listen to our intuition and clarify our next steps to move forward effortlessly.
- Nobody knows what is best for us more than we do. We all have innate wisdom, deeper knowing of what to do next. We will be guided to reach a serene place where we will receive clear guidance on our next steps on our journey.

About the facilitator:
Isik is an intuitive guide. She teaches people how to transform their lives no matter what their current reality is. We often get caught up in our thoughts and feelings. Isik shows people how to rise above that using intuitive tools.
She lives in London and offers private intuitive guidance sessions.
