Stock Lamb Pop Up
Lamb often takes a backseat to pork, beef, and just about any other protein on most restaurant menus. It shouldn't be so! Lamb is absolutely delicious, with a great contrast of flavor and complexity in it's different cuts and uses. Grass fed lamb (ours will be 100%) is also a wealth of healthy fats and nutrients. Join us for 4 courses of lamb + dessert this Sunday at Stock. The menu will utilize lamb in creative ways, with dishes both light and rich.
