Tea and chocolate may not seem as natural a pairing as say cheese and wine, but the authorities at Richart Chocolate, one of the leading French chocolatiers and Le Palais des Thes, a premiere variety of French tea will join forces at Gastronomie 491, 491 Columbus Avenue (between 83rd and 84th) to demonstrate in six pairings how well these two classic items go together.
