Wisconsin Foodie Presents: "STATE OF CRAFT BEER" BOOK RELEASE & BEER DINNER AT COMPANY BREWING
Join us on Wednesday, October 11th, as we celebrate the release of State of Craft Beer a coffee-table book showcasing the people and places behind Wisconsin's craft beer industry with a thirst-quenching mutli-course dinner and beer pairing at Company Brewing.
Book author and photographer, Matthew Janzen spent over two years collecting the images and stories featured in this 272-page journey across the state visiting over 130 breweries, farms, factories, and industry suppliers. Now, he gears up to release the book; which was also 100 percent sourced and manufactured in Wisconsin.
George Bregar, Company Brewing's Owner/Brewmaster, will take guests on a tour of his brewery guide guests through the meal and beer pairings, with additional behind the scenes info shared by Matthew Janzen.
