Liquid State-LVDC's 4th Home Season

LV Dance Collective presents Liquid State, premiering August 4th-6th, 2017, as part of LVDCs fourth Home Season Concert, which will be shared with an all male dance company from New York City, Project 44.

LVDC presents Liquid State an abstract dance performance depicting the water crisis throughout the world inspired by the hardships that many face due to the global corporations that continue to make record profits selling bottled water.

These alarming sentiments have inspired LVDC's newest work, Liquid State which will depict the juxtaposition of these global issues.

About LV Dance Collective:
LV Dance Collective is a Contemporary Fusion Bay Area based performance company, under the Artistic Direction of founders/choreographers Kao Vey Sebastian Saephanh and Martha L. Z. Pamintuan. LVDC uses movement to inspire, to communicate, to overcome, and to educate. About PROJECT 44:
Established in 2010, PROJECT 44 (Queens, NY) is an all male dance group that serves as the artistic platform for choreographer Gierre Godley. The company strives to erase all preconceived notions about masculinity and the role of a male performer in the arts. With a visceral approach to choreography, the works of PROJECT 44 aim to showcase the beauty, versatility, and athleticism of male performers.
