The Hoot Owls
The Hoot Owls is an old-time string band from the Boston area. Banjo player Celeste Frey, guitarist Ruth Rappaport, and fiddler Mark Wholley offer a spirited evening of lively hoe-downs, breakdowns, and country songs. Favorites of area farmers' markets, square dances, and community events, the down-home music they play will have you singing along and dancing in your seats.
