TransformOtion Dance Journey

This transformative dance journey is guided improvisation experience that empowers the participants to explore their bodies and connect to the Spirit that moves them. During this movement research we offer guidance that invites the awareness of the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies and how they influence the present moment. We increase positive energy, the joy and the pleasure, to move through the boundaries and limitations of our mind. Beginners and professionals, alike, will find this class to suit their current level of experience. The instructions are influenced from contemporary dance technique, Gaga Movement Language (Israel), Yoga, Energy Healing, Shamanism and more...
Class Fee: $20-$35 sliding scale, offer whatever your budget and heart allows.
